Maker’s Mark Bourbon, 70 cl

The nose is full yet delicate, well rounded, possessing a distinctive but gentle caramel aroma of the charred oak with a hint of vanilla. This gentleness carries on through into a rich yet soft palate with a subtle sweetness. there is also a light, spicy flavour with a hint of butterscotch and vanilla. Always used at my favourite cocktail bar and thus thoroughly recommended.
