Yellow Spot comes as part of a second instalment in the ‘Spot’ Irish whiskey range. This one is made in a single pot still and matured in three different types of cask: American bourbon, Spanish sherry butts and Spanish Malaga, making for a sweeter taste.

John Jameson founded the Bow Street Distillery in Dublin in 1780. It is now produced in Cork under the auspice of Pernod Ricard. A little known fact is that Mr Jameson married the sister of the brothers who went on to set up the Haig Distillery.
Fruity with hints of peach, apricot and vanilla. Sweet and fully bodied.
