Although the making of tequila is a billion pound industry Tequila Ocho still believe in doing things the old fashioned way. They were the first tequila to stipulate the field from which their agaves were sourced in a particular year, resulting in unique characteristics. They are meticulous with their process and their tequilas taste all the better for it!
