If you haven’t tasted Ayala before then you should know it comes highly regarded by many a wine critic. Their Rose shows wonderful freshness thanks to a particularly high level of Chardonnay. Notes of raspberries and perhaps a hint of gooseberry. Simply lovely.

Champagne AYALA has a long history of producing quality champagnes. As well as being one of the founding members of the Syndicat des Grandes Marques de la Champagne in the late 1800s, making a name for itself in the early 1900s in the thriving export market of Great Britain. Champagne AYALA has always been a small, boutique House and, after a quieter period in the 20th Century, was bought by the Bollinger family in 2005.
So delicate – a Rose once tasted never forgotten.
