Very good value Sauternes. Light yellow gold colour. An elegant dessert wine with notes of vanilla, honey, butterscotch and dried apricots on the nose, and palate, underlined by a slightly smoky undertone. Juicy and mouth filling.

Product Description

Chateau Monteils is a relatively small vineyard of only 12 hectares allowing all the grapes for their wines to be picked by hand. The sandy soil also ensures that their grapes are of a very high quality indeed.

Tasting Notes

Honeyed with a butterscotch background. A blend of Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle.
