Returns Policy
At Drinks On Drinks Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, the following return conditions apply:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival
- The incorrect item was delivered
- The product is faulty or defective
Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Products returned without prior approval
3. Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
