Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin is made to a recipe with eight natural botanicals, including juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, orris, liquorice and uniquely, Sussex Hops – a variety discovered growing wild in hedgerows in Sussex, which brings an amazing citrus and hop character to our fabulous gin.
Peppery at first – juniper once again up front, though now with pine and cardamom backing it up, making for a savoury palate. Orange zest cuts through cleanly.
